How do loyalty points work?

Collecting points

You receive loyalty points for every appointment that took place. Right after booking they are only reserved; they are credited automatically once the appointment has taken place. Only then can you redeem them.

Two kinds of points

• Salon points: They belong to the salon where you collected them and can only be redeemed there.
• Platform bonuses: They are not tied to a salon. You can redeem them at any of your salons, in addition to the salon points.

Where do I see my points balance?

At the very top of your Profile, a card shows your points balance. Tapping it opens Your loyalty points with the points per salon, the reserved points and the points history.

What happens when an appointment is cancelled?

If an appointment is cancelled, the points reserved for it lapse. Points you redeemed for that appointment are returned to you.
