How do I redeem loyalty points?
The easiest way is right when booking: the points are deducted from the price as a discount.
Redeeming when booking
- Book as usual up to the Payment step.
- Tap Redeem loyalty points.
- Choose how many points you want to use. The app shows you the matching discount.
- Complete the booking.
The points are only deducted once the booking is fixed. If the appointment is cancelled, you get them back.
Redeeming at the salon
Open Profile → Your loyalty points, choose the salon and tap Redeem. You receive a code that you show at the salon.
Why can't I redeem?
- Too few points: Redeeming is only possible from a minimum number. The app shows you how many points are still missing.
- Points are still reserved: They are only credited after the appointment.
- Different salon: Salon points are only valid at the salon where you collected them.
In which order are points used?
Your salon points are used first, then your platform bonuses.
