How do I gift a voucher?
The recipient receives the voucher by e-mail – with the code, a QR code and your personal message.
Buying a voucher
You buy vouchers on our website at optimusbeauty.app/gutscheine. After the purchase the voucher appears in your Profile under Your vouchers.
Gifting a voucher
- Open Profile → Your vouchers.
- Choose the voucher and tap Gift.
- Enter the recipient's e-mail address.
- Write a personal message – it is highlighted in the e-mail.
- Tap Gift now.
The recipient immediately receives an e-mail with the voucher code, a QR code and your message.
Where is the voucher valid?
Optimus Beauty vouchers are valid at all participating salons. The code is redeemed when booking, in the Payment step.
The e-mail didn't arrive
Ask the recipient to check their spam folder. If you mistyped the address, contact us via Profile → Support → New report.
