Where do I enter a promo code?

How to redeem a promo code

1. Open Profile and tap the card with your points balance at the top.
2. Tap Redeem promo code.
3. Enter the code and confirm.

The bonus points then appear under Your loyalty points.

Promo code or voucher code?

These are two different things:

• A promo code credits you with bonus points. You enter it in your profile.
• A voucher code carries a balance in euros. You enter it when booking, in the Payment step.

The code is not accepted

Check the spelling and whether the promotion is still running. Many promo codes can only be redeemed once per account.
