How can I cancel my appointment?
You cancel an appointment yourself under Bookings. The app tells you beforehand whether a fee applies.
How to cancel
- Open Bookings and tap the appointment.
- Tap Cancel.
- The app shows you whether the cancellation is free or whether the salon charges a fee.
- Confirm the cancellation.
The salon is notified automatically and the appointment is shown as cancelled under Bookings.
What happens to my money?
If you paid online and cancel free of charge, the amount is returned via the original payment method. If a cancellation fee applies, it is deducted from the refund. Loyalty points you redeemed are returned to you.
Cancelling is no longer possible
Some salons no longer allow a cancellation shortly before the appointment. The app shows this on the appointment. In that case please contact the salon directly.
Tip: Often the appointment can be rescheduled instead – then no fee applies.
