What are "Open payments"?
This is where cancellation fees appear that could not be collected automatically.
What is shown there?
A cancellation fee appears under Open payments if it could not be charged automatically after a cancellation – for example because the card has expired or the bank declined the charge.
Where do I find them?
Open Profile → Settings → Open payments. If the list is empty, everything is settled.
How to settle an open amount
- Tap the open entry.
- Check the amount, the salon and the appointment.
- Pay with your card.
After that the entry disappears from the list.
I think the amount is wrong
Contact the salon first – it set the fee and can also waive it. If you can't resolve it, write to us via Profile → Support → New report.
