How do I book an appointment?
Pick a salon, choose a service, day and time, confirm – it only takes a few steps.
Step by step
- Search for a salon or a service on the Home screen, or open a salon from your Favorites.
- In the salon profile, choose the service you want to book.
- Choose the day and time. Only times that are really free at the salon are shown.
- Choose who you would like the appointment with, if the salon offers this.
- Choose the payment method and confirm the booking.
Before you confirm, you see the price, the duration and the salon's cancellation policy.
After booking
You receive a confirmation and the appointment appears under Bookings. Some salons confirm every appointment by hand – in that case your booking is a request at first. See "How do I know my appointment is confirmed?" for more.
Do I need an account?
Yes. With an account you can find your appointments again, reschedule or cancel them, and collect loyalty points.
