How do I know my appointment is confirmed?

Confirmed immediately

At most salons your appointment is fixed as soon as you book. You receive a confirmation and the appointment is shown as confirmed under Bookings.

Manual confirmation

Some salons check every booking themselves. The app tells you so before you send the booking. Your booking then goes to the salon as a request:

• Under Bookings you see the appointment as a request.
• As soon as the salon confirms or declines, you are notified.
• You can add a message for the salon when booking, for example a wish regarding the treatment.

I didn't get a confirmation

Look under Bookings first – that is where the binding status is shown. If the appointment is missing there, the booking was not completed. If it is there but the e-mail is missing, check your spam folder and check in your Profile under Settings → Notifications which messages you want to receive.
