How can I pay?
Each salon decides which payment methods it offers. You see them in the last step of the booking.
Possible payment methods
Depending on the salon, these options are open to you:
- Card (online): You pay right away when booking.
- Card on site: You pay by card at the salon after the appointment.
- Cash on site: You pay in cash at the salon after the appointment.
You can see which of these a salon offers in the Payment step of the booking. If a method is not listed there, the salon does not accept it.
Using a voucher or loyalty points
In the same step you can enter a voucher code or redeem loyalty points. The amount is deducted immediately.
Where do I find my payments?
In your Profile under History you find your past appointments with the payment and the points you collected.
Note: Neither the salon nor we can see your card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider Stripe.
