How do I delete or pause my account?
You find both in your profile under Settings. Pausing can be undone – deleting cannot.
Pausing your account
If you only want to take a break, open Profile → Settings and tap Pause account under Danger zone. Your account is deactivated temporarily. As soon as you sign in again, you can reactivate it.
Deleting your account
- Open Profile and tap Settings.
- Under Danger zone, tap Delete account.
- Read the notice and confirm with Delete permanently.
What happens when you delete?
- Your account is deactivated permanently; you can no longer sign in.
- Your personal data is anonymised.
- Loyalty points and unredeemed balances lapse.
Deleting cannot be undone. For legal reasons we have to keep certain data – such as payment records – for the prescribed period.

Before deleting: Cancel open appointments and redeem vouchers. Neither is possible afterwards.
