How do I set up notifications?
In the app you decide what we tell you about. You additionally allow push notifications in your phone's settings.
In the app
Open Profile → Settings → Notifications. There you choose what you are told about and by which channel – for example confirmations, reminders and changes to an appointment.
Messages that directly concern your appointment (confirmation, cancellation) always reach you by e-mail.
Push notifications on iPhone
- Open the iPhone's Settings and tap Notifications.
- Choose Optimus Beauty.
- Switch on Allow Notifications.
- For the best experience, Banners and Sounds should be active too.
Push notifications on Android
- Open Settings and tap Apps.
- Choose Optimus Beauty.
- Tap Notifications and switch them on.
Tip: You can also press and hold the app icon and reach the notifications via the app info.
