How do I change my profile details?
You change your name, photo and contact details in your profile under Settings.
Name, photo and contact details
- Open Profile and tap Settings.
- Tap Edit profile.
- Change your name, photo or contact details and save.
Phone number and profile picture
Under Settings → Security you manage your password, profile picture and phone number. You confirm a new phone number with a code sent by text message.
Why a phone number?
The salon uses it to reach you if something about your appointment changes at short notice. You only receive reminders by text message if you have switched them on under Notifications.
Who sees my data?
Salons only see your name and contact details if you have booked with them. Details can be found in our privacy policy.
