How do I change my password?

Changing your password

1. Open Profile and tap Settings.
2. Tap Security and then Change password.
3. Enter your new password and confirm it.

A secure password

• At least 8 characters, preferably more.
• A mix of letters, digits and special characters.
• A password you don't use anywhere else.

Forgot your password

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and enter your e-mail address. You receive an e-mail through which you set a new password. Check your spam folder too.

Signed in with Apple?

Then you don't have a separate password with us. Sign-in runs through your Apple ID.
