How do I pause my salon?
A paused salon takes no new bookings. Existing appointments remain in place.
Pausing the salon
- Tap More at the bottom.
- Open My account.
- Tap Pause Salon and confirm.
What happens then?
- Your salon is hidden from search.
- Guests cannot book new appointments.
- Appointments already confirmed remain in place and visible in the calendar.
Reactivating the salon
Tap Reactivate Salon in the same place. Your salon appears in search again immediately.
Tip: For just a few days off you don't need to pause the salon. Block the time in the Calendar or mark the days as closed in the Opening Hours.
