How do I delete my salon account?
You delete the account under More → My account. Deleting is final.
Deleting the account
- Tap More at the bottom.
- Open My account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the notes, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm.
What happens when you delete?
- Your account is deactivated permanently; you can no longer sign in.
- Your personal data is anonymised.
- Your salon is taken offline and is no longer visible to guests.
- A running subscription is ended.
Deleting cannot be undone. Records we have to keep for legal reasons – such as invoices – remain stored for the prescribed period.
Do this first
- Cancel open appointments or still honour them; your guests are not notified automatically.
- Wait for pending payouts.
- Download any invoices you need.
Just a break?
Then Pause Salon is enough – it can be undone at any time.
