What does "Manual Appointment Confirmation" mean?
You decide whether bookings are fixed immediately or first reach you as a request.
Two options
- Immediate confirmation: Every booking is fixed straight away. This is the most convenient for guests.
- Manual appointment confirmation: Every booking first reaches you as a request. It only becomes fixed once you confirm it.
Changing the setting
- Tap More at the bottom.
- Open Salon & booking → Manual Appointment Confirmation.
- Switch the setting on or off.
Handling requests
You see open requests on the Home screen and in the Calendar. Open the request and tap Confirm or Reject. In both cases the guest is notified immediately.
Important: A request nobody responds to leaves the guest in the dark. Confirm or reject the same day if possible – ideally with push notifications switched on.
