Where do I see redeemed loyalty points and vouchers?
Under Marketing & loyalty you find what guests have redeemed with you and what you are paid out for it.
Loyalty points
Guests collect points with every appointment they attend and redeem them later as a discount. What was redeemed with you is listed under More → Marketing & loyalty → Loyalty redemptions.
If a guest shows you a redemption code at the salon, you find the redemption there again.
Vouchers
If a guest redeems an Optimus Beauty voucher with you, the amount is deducted from the price – we reimburse you for it. Under More → Marketing & loyalty → Voucher redemptions & payouts you see the redemptions per month and the status of the payout.
Redeeming a voucher at checkout
If the guest pays on site, you enter the voucher code when taking payment. The code is checked and the amount deducted.
Note: A voucher can be restricted to a particular salon. If the app says "Not valid for this salon", it cannot be redeemed with you.
