Where do I see my salon's reviews?
All reviews are listed under More → Reviews. Only guests who actually attended can leave one.
Viewing reviews
Tap More at the bottom and open Marketing & loyalty → Reviews. There you see the overall rating, the individual ratings and your guests' comments.
Who can leave a review?
Only guests whose appointment took place and is marked as completed. Each appointment can be reviewed once, and only for a limited time afterwards.
Getting more reviews
- Mark appointments as completed promptly after the visit – only then can the guest leave a review.
- Feel free to mention it to satisfied guests.
Reporting a review
If you consider a review offensive, false or a breach of our rules, write to us via More → Help & contact → New report and state the date and the content. We will look into it. We do not remove reviews simply because you don't like them.
