How do I contact the salon directly?

Finding the contact details

• On the appointment: Open Bookings and tap the appointment. The salon's address and phone number are shown there.
• In the salon profile: Open the salon via search or your Favorites.

Messages from and to the salon

When booking, you can add a message for the salon. What the salon writes to you – such as a confirmation or a cancellation – can be found in your Profile under Notifications.

When is the salon the right contact?

• You are running late or won't make it in time.
• You have a question about the treatment or the price.
• The deadline for rescheduling or cancelling has passed.
• You are not happy with the result.
