How do I review an appointment?
After a completed appointment you can rate the salon with stars and a few words.
How to leave a review
- Open Bookings and tap the past appointment.
- Tap Write a review.
- Give the overall rating with 1 to 5 stars.
- Rate the details – such as quality, advice, cleanliness and friendliness.
- If you like, write a few words about your experience.
- Tap Submit review.
What is publicly visible?
Your stars and your text appear in the salon's profile. Your full name is not shown publicly.
Where do I find my reviews?
In your Profile under Feedback you find the reviews you have left, sorted by salon.
Good to know: Only customers who actually attended the appointment can leave a review. That keeps the reviews genuine.
