Which payment methods can I offer?
You decide whether guests can pay online, in cash or by card on site.
Setting payment methods
- Tap More at the bottom.
- Open Finances & subscription → Payment methods.
- Switch on the payment methods you want to offer.
The options
- Online: The guest pays by card when booking. Payouts need to be set up for this.
- Cash on site: The guest pays in cash at the salon after the appointment.
- Card on site: The guest pays by card at the salon after the appointment.
In the last step of the booking, guests only see the payment methods you have switched on.
No payment method switched on
Then guests cannot book – the app asks them to contact you directly. So switch on at least one payment method.
Tip: Online payment reduces the number of no-shows: guests who have already paid turn up.
